This retreat features all-levels yoga, meditation, vibrational and sound healing, workshops, nourishing foods and time for quiet reflection in a beautiful and peaceful setting. You will be guided throughout the weekend to recognize the magic that can be created when we are intentional about living from a place of truth and authenticity.
This retreat is being co-facilitated by Sara Green of Passionfood Health Coaching and Megan O’Bryan of Centered Soul Retreats. Your chef for the weekend is Heather Campbell of Intentional Eats Cleveland and body work will be offered by Annie Schraibman LMT of Meraki Massage.
Retreat site is a magical nature conservancy encompassing 130 acres of scenic woodlands just 60 miles west of Cleveland in Sandusky, Ohio. Only a one-hour drive from Cleveland and you’ll feel miles away. Retreat guests will reside in a pristinely appointed four-star lodge or Farm house which will foster your rest and relaxation. Winding through the property is a two-mile stretch of Ohio’s Cold Water Creek, a crystal clear stream that meanders into Lake Erie. Megan is the founder of Centered Soul and serves as a retreat facilitator. Carving out time and space to reflect, meditate, heal and dream has impacted Megan's life profoundly. Megan's professional background is in leading organizations focused on social change. Currently she is proud to be leading the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation.
Sara is a Holistic Health Coach, her practice is in Rocky River, Ohio. She gained her qualification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. In Australia, she worked as a Registered Nurse for almost 20 years and operated her own business as a private caterer.
As a Health Coach, Sara empowers and supports her clients to return to their true essence, to find balance and inner peace in their busy lives. She provides a nurturing, safe and confidential space where people feel comfortable to share their concerns, she truly listens. Her sustainable diet and lifestyle recommendations plus the accountability of her Health Coaching Programs ensure her clients success. She guides them back to a place of self love, self acceptance, self worth, self care and gratitude.
In her transformative work, Sara utilizes an integrative approach. In conjunction to clean eating, optimal wellness and happiness are supported by many forms of nutrition such as healthy relationships, a satisfying daily purpose, regular exercise and a spiritual practice. She is truly passionate about authentically caring for her clients.
